Create a Facebook tab with PHP

I want to know if it is possible to create a Facebook page tab with an iFrame for users of my website.

An user comes on my website and creates some kind of content. Now i want to have some kind of functionality that the user clicks on a button and then the code will automatically create a Facebook page tab on there Facebook page with an iFrame code (linked to my website).

I did some research on it and i couldn't find something that would do the job..

So my question is: is this possible? And if this is possible do somebody has a link to some kind of documentation about it, or an example.
