Social Media Reporting on Individuals who Like/Comment

We are running a promotion where we are rewarding participants for liking and commenting on our posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Does anyone know either... 1. A tool that we could use to pull lists of individuals who have liked/commented? 2. If there are APIs from those 3 apps that we could pull that data from?
