"No Internet" meessage in pull-to-refresh like facebook

I have implemented Google's official version of pull-to-refresh library for pull-to-refresh module of my app and it works perfectly.

But how can I show a different image if there is no internet when some one pulls to refresh. I want something like Facebook's pull-to-refresh behavior. My pull to refresh works perfectly fine, so I don't want to change that code, unless necessary.

Can anyone suggest me any links or code that I can dig up into? A little help is very much appreciated.
