How to mask my internet connection as if I am using facebook.com or twitter.com

I am not a programmer, just have a question that might be silly idk,

My cellphone provider has this thing where usage of facebook and twitter is free of charge, is there a way (vpn or other means) that I can trick it into browsing other sites as if its facebook/twitter. - (I use HSDPA+ on android and wifi tether to my laptop)
