facebook ads api : Is there any way to promote a post on a page that doesnt belong to the ad account owner?

I'm really curious to know if there is any way to promote a post on a page that doesnt belong to the ad account owner ?

Facts :

  I have a valid oauth token for the page that i want to promote the post from.

  i have an ads api access and i can publish the post using the oauth token i have.

  
  

I tried to find some documentation about this use case , but no luck.

Any ideas where to find this information?
