u say that my explian was not enough (i crorected)

So i start over.I want to create a fb app but i never develope any application before or anything so i recherche and found i sample facebook app call smash freind with explian how to do it .The first step was to download the app fder and upload it into your serve and the second step was to create app in dev.fb.com and give it a name and url (fb.com/my-app) and when you go to fb.com/my-app itshould run like it run in your website (with out asking to use your profile information and freind list) but in my case it does not run it all (in my website it run normale but in the fb.com/my-app it just notwork).
