Facebook share descrioption is not shown when the link is on Google Play app

When I share from my app using http://ift.tt/NaTc00 tutorial and as a link I put my site URL, all works correct, but when I share the same thing but the URL is my game URL in Google Play, then the description of the shared message and also caption is not shown. How to configure to see description? Thanks!
