Facebook Login not working when already authorized

I am trying to implement Login With Facebook using Facebook SDK 3.23.0. Everything is working fine until when user is already authorized Facebook and user is already logged in Facebook Application. When I tap on Log in With Facebook button It's not showing me any dialog if user is already signed in Facebook application as well as already given authorization permission.

I am not able resolve this wearied behavior of Facebook while making login.
