user-id/friends returns only the mutual friends with the current fb connected user of my android app

the scenario is the below: FB User A has been connected to my android app. He selects a user B and provided that I have User's B fb id I would like to show his friends list.(I mean the friends of his friends list that have been connected to my app) Currently the end point user-B-id/friends returns only the mutual friends with Fb User A. If user A and user B are not friends I get oAuth Exception. As far as I searched fb Documentation does not refer anywhere this fact. Well is it possible to take the friends list of a user if I have only his fb id,provided that these 2 users have been connected to my app)?
