I want to create an e-commerce website in India, I want to use a CMS for that purpose

Now, just to specify, the transactions shall be done in INR and so I want a CMS which supports payment gateway of INR.

Also want to know which is the best payment gateway to use for that purpose.

Also, my CMS should support third-party login using facebook, google and/or yahoo

The CMS should be able to generate the best reports for sales and consumer complaints of the products on my ecommerce website

The CMS should also have the feature which enable user to provide (star/points) ratings and reviews for the products

Please suggest me the best CMS which fullfills my all requirements above.

Even, if you suggest paid CMS service, I don’t mind spending some bucks for it!
