How to add a tab to a Facebook page with graph api

I am doing a POST request to this link:

/{page-id}/tabs

with page access token and all the other parameters, as said in the documentation.

and I get this response:

success: true

which makes me think that tab was created but it is actually not created.

what am I doing wrong?
